Terms & Conditions

Payment: Fees are charged per school term and need to be paid before the first lesson. No refunds will be given once the term has commenced. No refunds will be given for any student missed classes.

Duty of Care, Safety & Conduct: In case of emergency, I give consent for medical attention to be given. Please be aware appropriate physical contact will be used for the purpose of teaching dance. This will always be done in an appropriate manner and with the child’s best interests in mind. Performers Academy attempts to minimize any risk of personal injury within practical boundaries, however accidents do happen, and all physical activities carry the risk of personal injury. Performers Academy does not accept responsibility for student’s safety outside the premises.

Damages and Responsibilities: The students are solely responsible for their personal belongings whilst left on the premises. Performers Academy does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises.

Social Media: By enrolling your child in Performers Academy you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken and used for the purpose of advertising. You may withdraw consent at any time by notice to management. We reserve the right to request no photos or videos be taken by parents in class. By signing this terms and conditions you are giving consent to authorize the use of any photographs/video which have been taken of your child/children for advertisement use only.

General Conduct Expectations: All students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times. Disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to talking during instruction, excessive noise, or refusal to participate, will not be tolerated. Respect for the property and equipment of the studio is mandatory. Any damage caused by a student due to negligence or intentional misconduct will be the responsibility of the student’s parent/guardian. If a student fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the following steps may be taken: First Violation: Verbal warning from the instructor. Second Violation: Written warning issued to the parent/guardian. Third Violation: Suspension from the class without refund.

Breach of Terms and Conditions: Pupils will be asked to leave without notice for any serious breach of the school’s terms and conditions or for any other serious misconduct.
